The registration fee must be received nett of all receiving and paying bank charges. We accept AMEX/VISA/Mastercard. Please note that there will be a 3% charge for Visa/Mastercard and 4% for AMEX charges.

CONFIRMATION
All registrations, once invoiced are considered as confirmed. The cancellation clauses will apply for any cancellations received after participants are invoiced.


CANCELLATIONS
We accept a change in delegate at any time. Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks prior to the event will be refunded with a 20% Administration Charge applicable.

Cancellations received within the 2 weeks before the start of the event will not be refunded but can be forwarded to the next event.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel charges are at the delegate’s own account and reservations can be made directly with the hotel. Delegates will be responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation.
